CellaVision Proficiency Software allows you to anonymize all information connected to patients. It also allows all participant information to be anonymized.
GDPR and CellaVision Transfer Tool/CellaVision Proficiency Software
CellaVision Transfer Tool allows you to export slides from a supported database. You save slides as CVT files in a folder, with the order ID visible in the CVT file name. You can delete the folder with CVT files after you have uploaded the slides to CellaVision Proficiency Software.
In CellaVision Proficiency Software, you can edit the slide ID to use any letter/number combination.
You can transfer slides from an export database. Order ID can be edited in the export database before the slides are transferred.
You can rerun the slide with an ER label and specify a new order ID to avoid having the original order ID in CellaVision Transfer Tool.
Participant information
As a participant, you don’t need to use an email address but many features, like reminders, are only available with one.
First name: Can be any combination of letters or numbers.
Last name: Can be any combination of letters or numbers.
